LIKE WE SAID BEFORE,

SERVING THOUSANDS OF LAW FIRMS

ANSWERING TERABYTES OF PHONE CALLS

WE’RE THE LEGAL EXPERTS

READY, SET, GO!

STARTING YOUR ENGINE …

We understand that the legal space can be a broad, somewhat vague area for any techie. But good news! All of our amazing Lawyer.com technologists started off just like you. So we’re here to give you some starter ideas that can inspire any crowd. With our decade of trainable text, voice, and video data, your AI platform is sure to learn as quickly as you will!

AI LEGAL HELP LINE

This is our “bread and butter”, our meat and potatoes, the heart and soul of Lawyer.com. We’re here to help consumers find the perfect lawyer for their case first and foremost, so giving the consumer an instant answer to their questions and concerns has us HYPED. With our bazillion anonymized recorded voice calls, you can get your AI to be trained and ready to go in no time!

AI LEGAL RECEPTIONIST

It doesn’t matter if the lawyer is a partner of a multi-million dollar law firm or a solo practitioner, they need someone to manage their phones. We have more Large Language Model training data than we know what to do with! And with the right pitch, it can be all yours to make the best AI legal receptionist on the planet. And we do mean planet because your receptionist can be programmed to answer in 4,000 languages!

PHONE ETIQUETTE & EMPATHY RATER & TRAINER

It’s a mouthful, we know. But, here’s the thing: one of the hardest training sessions for a new intake specialist is how to properly answer and take control of a call with a very stressed consumer. Remember our 5,000 and 1/2 truckloads of anonymized recorded call training data? Use it to provide in-call advice, score every call on an empathy rating scale, even give the caller tips and reminders for the next stressed consumer.

AI REFERRAL INTAKE PLATFORM

Again, we’ve been in the game for a whiiiiile. Our first service was consumer to lawyer matchmaking. So let’s just say we have a lot more than a lot of human rated referrals. Use our ratings to instantly assess legal fees, strengths and weaknesses of a case, and whatever else you clever kids can think of. Beware: lawyers may fall madly in love with you.

LAWYER AI PERSONAL ASSISTANT

This can be an actual game changer. High key. It can also mean a lot of things. So here are some of our ideas that might make your sparks fly (yes, we’re T-Swift fans - I mean who isn’t in 2023?). Automating billable hours, setting appointments, pushing the lawyer’s tasks along, cranking out draft documents, etc. multipied by a billion! Best part? Lawyers can yell at the thing without feeling bad! (Robot emotions coming in 2033.)

STOP RIGHT NOW! Thank you very much.

Before you get your idea in that noggin’ of yours, we’d like to take a moment to tell you what we DO NOT want to see. It’s pretty simple: an AI content creator? YAWN. Only ChatGPT ideas? That’s like soooo 2022. We are looking for the newest state of the art, holy moly guacamole 2024 AI idea. Please don’t let us have to read how ChatGPT is going to help with a law school student’s dissertation or a legal marketing company with their newsletters. Been there, done that. Capeesh?

SHARING IS CARING!

WE GET IT, ASK AWAY.
